Client changes
Our studio provides the so-called Client Changes service for developers in the form of documentation, budget and related administration. We offer services such as a visit to the CEDEIN centre, where we guide our client through different sample rooms with materials, and we consult our client to achieve the highest possible standards. We further obtain equipment according to client’s choice, and last but not least we implement designed interiors.
We cooperate with general construction suppliers as well as with general construction designers. The developers output consists of the clients documents which are approved and signed then handed to the supplier and finally approved by the General Designer and investors representatives. Further to the output is the delivery of above-standard material and fittings to the supplier on construction. The ‘Clients section’ is our website entry where our clients can control and have the benefit of viewing and following on the construction’s proceeding. By entering of a password, a developer’s representative can check on all the necessary information concerning the status of the project.
